Getting texts from Turkcell in English

When I was last there, I asked twice at the Turkcell booth in front of the Starling (Alsancak) to receive my texts from Turkcell in English, as someone told me this was possible.
Both times, the Turkcell people told me this would be done. Never happened.
Could someone please tell me: Is it possible to get these texts in English?
If so, how best to accomplish it?
Thank you.

I sometimes receive the texts in English, sometimes in Turkish, and sometimes both!
My 'work around' is to use Google translate on my phone - there is an option in the menu to translate text messages which when selected, looks in your message inbox, and allows you to select the message that you want to be translated. It's not perfect, obviously, but I have found that none of the messages are ever of the slightest interest to me anyway

Go into the Turkcell main office either by the roundabout at the end of the dual carriage way or centre of Girne. Speak to the English speaking person who will sort this very quickly for you.

I've been to this Turkcell office before and they have sorted it very quickly. Only for it to revert back to Turkish again within a month. This has happened a few times so have now given up. The messages are all rubbish anyway.
