My friend has an i-phone 4 with a Turkcell sim.

Overnight she loses around 100 knt, even though she hasn't made or received any calls.

I have wi-fi in my house and she goes on-line via that.

We cannot figure out why or how this is happening.

Anyone with any ideas?

Not sure if this is the right answer, but has she left her data connection setting activated. When I got a smart phone I made this mistake and it kept waking me in the night, so probably uses some of the allowance. Mine is under mobile network settings, not sure about an i phone. Worth a look though. Just turn it on when using internet and off when not. Hope it helps.

hi,ive had this before here in the trnc with iphones....
i bet her 3g or mobile data is on....
go to...."settings"......"general"........"network" and turn off "enable 3g" and also "mobile data"....
theres no other reason for losing kontour than this!!........

I would say "just use a mobile for phone calls and a computer for other works" - throw away the iphone

Can I ask TRNCVaughan if you bought a WIFI and had it installed, or if the WIFI is part of an offer from Nethouse or what's the name something with Max
