Purchase of mobile phone

I'm looking to purchase a new and very basic mobile phone locally - not a smartphone. Where would be the best place to purchase and register one? Telsim, Turkcell, or other? Any idea of price for a basic phone?

Thank you both for your help. Do Laconic also sell Telsim and/or Turkcell SIM cards? Presume Laconic can also register the phone. It appears that Laconic have a shop in Girne. Is this correct as it would be much more convenient for me coming from Esentepe?

You are welcome, I did p.m. you also. Not sure about Laconic in Girne, but Alsancak sell Turkcell credit etc. So I presume that when you buy the sim and phone they would register.
I am just about to ask on the forum about registration because my wife's smart phone needs doing.

Thanks Jonny Lee. I have sent you a PM. My current phone was registered locally but no longer works, probably because it was purchased in the UK.

Taking advice posted here, I purchased a cheap and basic Nokia 105 from Laconic in Girne a couple of weeks' ago. Served by nice young lady with good English - very helpful. She registered the phone for me.
Phone +Turkscell SIM card + 400 credits totalled 166TL (approx. £37). SIM card needs to be topped up every 3 months.
Telsim did not want to offer me anything else other than a monthly contract at 55TL p/m.
