My Redmi Xiaomi thrown a wobbly

Started couple of weeks ago. When someone rings me, I hear the ring clearly but phone has stopped showing the name of caller. Have been into settings and I can't see anything untoward. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

Sadly although its interesting to read your message, its the opposite problem that I have. It means that everyone who rings me has deleted THEIR caller ID i.e. I can't see them. I have checked some of the people concerned to check and they haven't deleted their ID, so the problem is obviously my end. BTW, I have a Redmi Note 8 Pro which has a different layout, but I can check.

Maybe this will help? It's not in English but the video is fairly self explanatory. Let us know if it works

Thanks very much for the Youtube information Despite my not being able to speak (Urdu?) I'm sure it should have helped, but it didn't. All my icons are different. Perhaps that example was an older model?

Has anything shown? Perhaps a problem with your
list of contacts? I assume if you get a call from a listed contact, their
name is shown, whereas from a non-listed caller, just the caller's
number appears - that's the case with my phone. If that's the case, hence my suggestion at the start of my post.
