We had a meal in the Cabin last night, it was one of the best steaks ever, perfectly cooked and good value, service was excellent, 10 out of 10 for the meal / service will be going again soon The cabin is at the end of the Lapta strip on the right coming from Girne, car park opposite

We've visited the Cabin for lunch and dinner and both times we really enjoyed our meals. Good, friendly service and good food. It's really nice being right beside the sea too and when we had coffee there in the afternoon last week we noticed that tables and chairs are now laid out on the small pier which will be great in summer.
Do your best to grow old disgracefully.

Just be wary if you sit under the trees in summer ants and allsorts of bugs fall out, and yes, you have guessed it in your dinner.

Is it warm at this time of year? We rarely go out to eat in the winter because everywhere we go to is too cold for us.

Wish we could say the same about the Cabin , used to go pretty regular until last year and then 2 disastrous meals with not even an apology from the owner albeit we complained and sent the food back and were still charged for the meal----will not be back.

Never had a problem there,if you had complained enough you would not have had to pay.Holly go back and tell them, the customer comes first, unless you know different?

We had a rotten meal there last year to, told the manager who then shouted at his staff,

we wanted sea bass and rice/chips salad. It came with six chips and a small sea bass. was hungry, so went home and cooked beans on toast.

can eat rubbish at home with out paying for it.

I think in all honesty if you send your food back and speak to the owner and you are not offered a refund from them . The message is quite clear they do not want your business or need your business. There are -plenty of other café /restaurants that do, and so much better than the Cabin. Nip along to the Hut as an example and see what service/ staff and food is all about.

Unless it changes hands we will never cross their door again.

Its a sad reflection on NC
