Lunch at the Korinuem Golf club.
You don't need to be a golfer to visit this place. This establishment beats any restaurant for it provides good food, service and value for money.
Yes, I am Golfing mad, nonetheless I enjoy good food in good, clean and welcoming environment., and this place ticks all the boxes for me.
The restaurant and the bar are clean, superbly decorated, set in "wonderful location with superb serene mountain and sea views".
The staff are pleasant and welcoming, specially when they realise you appreciate their effort. Should you complain, they immediately try to fix the problem.

Food, service and value for money: range of light meals & beverages are available at reasonable prices, all dishes are well presented.
Menu is priced in lira. no fussing over exchange rates and fluctuation of Euros, dollars and pounds. Your bill in lira also, and should you have euros only, they do the conversion and charge you the rate.

Forget about cheap restaurants and cafes, the drinks here are reasonably priced. on the balcony you can have your drink and enjoy the magnificent views "no extra charges".

By the way, the Korinuem beach, also worthwhile visiting. I found it relaxing. you can have light lunch and drinks their at reasonable prices. If you want to use the sunbeds and bathing facilities you pay 10tl only.

finally, I give this place thumb up "5*****". and I declare its one of my favourite eating spots.

worthwhile mentioning, the Korinuem Golf club, grows its own veg, herbs and fruits, etc., etc., very organic"

Why don't you try this place and judge for yourself.

happy eating

Hi Fatsam,

My husband plays golf and we are moving over on the 20th of this month, we have a villa in ozankoy.

So my question is : how far is the course from us and prices to play golf ?.

Many thanks.

I live in Ozankoy, its 15/20 minutes away. They have a range of packages depending on if you join the club or pay and play as a guest? To join its about £2000, then its about £1650 for green fees per year as a full member, unlimited games includes weekends. Five day memberships are obviously cheaper. You can get a smart time package, 60 games. Look on their web site you will see all the costs Ext.

As "Mollie the cat", golfing in the Korinuem is cool and relaxing, the grounds are improving year by year.
This place is gaining reputation, and attracting many professional and amateurs/ beginners; all in all, its worthwhile visitng.
20 minutes drive from Girne; head towards Esentepe, pass Acapulco hotel, power station, Alagadi, and in no time you will see the sign on the right hand side.
Don't forget to stop their, have a drink and assess the place, and if time allowing share a snack.

let me know what you think of the food & service.

What type of food do they serve of an evening?
Is it buffet style, or can you just order off the menu?

The golf club is a great place to eat as per normal not crowded and the service is always good
The restaurant on the ground floor gives unless Sunday alacart and a good selection of wines and cheeses also deserts
The place is of the top class establishment and cant be faulted in any way of cleanness and luxury you would expect to find in a larger resort
Thanks for our past meals and fun

You have a choice:
The bar menu is lovely and ample. food served all day and evening. You could have English breakfast, traditional continental or Turkish style breakfast.
Lunch / light meals such as burgers "minis, classic / double" with any topping. Stake sandwich and other club sandwiches all served with salad and fries. Pasta, chicken.
Selection of deserts.
You can also ask for Restaurant menu.

You have choice of lower restaurant. The menu includes stake, Hot meze, cold meze, grilled fish, chicken. Personally I like the stake and lamb chops

In certain evenings they have a buffet in top restaurant. It is better than any buffets. Excellent selection and eat as much as you like, stay as long as you wish "drinks not incl."

enjoy your meal
