Here is a restaurant I without hesitation I recommend to all my friends.

Whether you are shopping, or just visiting Lefkosa historic quarter, at one stage you may want to stop and look for a place to relax and eat good food.

Try Sabor "authentic Spanish Italian food". The restaurant is located behind the old mosque "not far from Ladra crossing".
The place was full of both Turkish and other nationals, an indication that food is good and reasonably priced.

Well, I wasn't wrong

The menu was rich with all sorts of food ranging from pastas, pizza, stakes, seafood , salads etc., et., and the prices are very reasonable. I couldn't finish my large seafood pasta had to leave some behind as I was full....
The quality and quantity of the menu was excellent.
The service was brisk and staff are pleasant

Been several times and always enjoyed it,Don't return your uneaten pasta. Take it across the way to the railed off area and put it down for the stray cats, they love it!!

We've been going for years, and know the staff well. They opened a branch in Girne years ago near the Savoy hotel, which folded unfortunately. I would recommend the pasta dishes over and above anything else. I especially like the seafood dishes.

Him downstairs calls the place Pussey cat square. We go add often as we can and love it.. Great seeing ,great grub, great people. The only odometer is parking but a short walk across a piece of history ads to the b occasion.
