Hi, can anyone tell me what type of food they do at Erols please? I have heard they serve up a superb steak but not sure on what else. Lived here for 10 months and have not been there yet.

Thank you all

Every Wednesday they have Kleftico which you have to order in advance however the rest of the menu is still available if any of your party does not wish to have this.

The food is always from the grill with the exception of the above mentioned Kleftico so you can have Lamb Sis, Lamb Kotfe, Chicken Sis, Lamb Chops, Steak - sirloin or fillet, Fish, Pork Chops - I am sure I may have forgotten something.

All meals come with a small starter of hellim and tomato in a pide and rocket, cucumber, carrots - this may vary depending what is available at the time of year.

You will also get a large salad, Chips or Rice.

All good and I hope you enjoy it!

Thank you Scoobydoo, appreciate the reply.

Would they be able to knock something up for a very fussy 14 year old do you think?

Call (0533 860 7016) them to reserve a table as they can get very busy in the summer and ask them directly and try to give them a few ideas of what a fussy 14 yr old will eat or not.

They do accomodate a fussy vegetarian who gets fed up of having veggie kebabs!

Do you need to let them know veggies are coming and what sort of thing can they do?

Erols is our very favourite restaurant for meat dishes. The very best steaks, exactly how you want them cooked, lamb chops, not battered to death and burnt, but perfect, and the kleftico is the best I have had, and I have tried a lot!. Very good value for money, as all mezes, chips, rice, salads, fruit afterwards, coffee and brandy are included. We have lived here just over six years and have not found a better place for the type of meal. Swordfish is also very good, so I am told, although I am not a fan of fish.....and they will do a veggie kebab if you ask beforehand. There is a reason you need to book.................it is so popular!!!!!

I have had the swordfish and it was excellent. We particularly like the fact that there is no 'music', so we are able to chat with each other.

Where is Erols? As it sounds like a good place to eat. Is it near town? Thanks in advance for any info.
