Chicken run

What's happening at chicken run,what with the very hot weather and not wanting to cook,have phoned for food to be delivered a couple of times in the last month,a lady answered who didn't seem to speak much English and despite getting her to repeat the orders both times on arrival they were wrong.Never had any trouble before.
