Al Shaheen resturant

Hi can anyone give me a email or phone number of Al Shaheen in karakum I have tried 0533 842 2784 and 03928157390 and it just says
disconnected .i am phoning from the south so don't know if this is the reason I cant get through.

try 0090 knock off the first zero in the number it Turkey dialling code
