Don't know about any restaurants here doing felafel but if you cross the border you will find it in Nicosia Greek side. Try Syrian Arab Friendship Club, they definitely do it. Google it and you will find menus, map etc. Also on Trip Advisor.

Easy enough to make but you need a food processor.
