In a word...NO...there is a snack style cafe opposite Keplinii Restaurant. Unless you mean Buffavento, if so in the village is Keplini Restaurant.

Take the first village road into Arapkoy coming from Catalkoy, and it is right in the middle of Village on right hand side.

There was a cafeteria in Chelsea Village but I think it closed ages ago. It is not easy to access either, esp in the dark.

At the cafe opposite Klepini you will always be made most welcome. Limited Burger chips, toasted sandwich chips menu. cooked to order, inexpensive.

the restaurant at Chelsey Village is still open and although the menu is limited it is very reasonable and very good , i believe they are doing a few more things this year and worth a visit .
