There is a relatively new Cafe/Bar, The Red Ribbon, that took over from the old Stroll Inn. It is situated on the right hand side of the main road into Girne from the East, right by the turning for the new Near East Hospital and University. It is light and airy and serves very good food at a reasonable price. It is not Fine Dining, but has a good menu and the dishes we have tried have been excellent. We are not related to the owners, simply satisfied customers.

Is it still the same people who run it?? We always used it for take away fish & chips that were excellent.

Totally agree, it is a lovely comfortable place to eat. Food is great, the owners are lovely people.
Went every night the last week I was there. Spotlessly clean.
Highly recommended.
