We went for lunch last Friday to the Wild Duck in Lapta - it is newly opened - so did not know what to expect! well what a lovely surprise the grounds look really well maintained with a childrens play area ( away from the bar ) their was plenty of choice on the menu and the food was delicious. The price for food and drink is very reasonable, in fact we enjoyed it so much we went back in the evening just for drinks and the atmosphere was buzzing.

Well done to Tony & Emma and Tony's mum who cooks specials, we would highly recommend THE WILD DUCK
