Long-term quiet rental wanted: between Ozankoy and Karsiyaka

I will be visiting the TRNC in November to look for a long-term rental, ideally a small house but could be top-floor flat.

Seeking a very quiet location with little traffic and no bars, restaurants, etc. Somewhere between Ozankoy and Karsiyaka. No need for a pool.

Any ideas would be much appreciated
