Looking for flat mate/s.

We are a couple going to university at GAU, looking to share a 2+1 flat in central Girne. The location is very close to the city centre and a stone's throw away from GAU bus stop. The flat is fully furnished and includes kitchen utensils, white goods and furniture. The other party will have to pay 165 pounds a month of rent, two deposits (total 330 pounds) and a commission of 165 pounds. The other party's name will go on the contract and everything will be made official. Please note that the two deposits and the commission will have to be paid to us and not the estate agent as we have already paid them in full and we have the documents to prove that.

For utilities, the bills will be split as follows. If only one person moves in, the utilities bills will be split three ways; we will pay two-thirds and you will pay the remaining third. If two people move in, then all the bills will be equally split. We are looking for long term renters - about a year or more.

There is a supermarket nearby and a Lemar which is about 15 minutes by walk. The city centre has a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops and all important offices and banks.
