Looking for 2/3 bedroomed house to rent long term, east or west of Girne, for a friend.

Quiet, green location important. Not on busy road, and no building works nearby please.

Furnished or unfurnished okay.

Prefer mountain side of coast road.

My friend is an honest, reliable tenant who will look after the house and pay rent on time.

Villa with pool, in quiet location, no restraunts, bars, etc nearby. Only 4 other properties close by on private road in Yesiltepe west of Girne. Fully fitted except for dining table, TV and broadband, Parasols, pool shower, sunbeds, large main veranda and bedroom verandas. Photo's can be supplied. £500pm
