Situated a stone's throw from The Mountain View Hotel, tenants have full free access to the pool at Mountain View.

Owner is looking for minimum 12 month rental, no students though.

Dogs are permitted.

If it's true that it's OK with the owner of the Mountain View to use the pool, then that seems like a good deal. The staff are very friendly and the pool snacks are very reasonable. a very nice atmosphere there.
