Far too expensive when there are 3 bed villas for rent at less than half of what you are asking for

Hesitant to comment as I neither know the complex amenities or exact area. However, unless the complex/area is six star plus, I have to agree with David's view. £1000 pcm for an apartment in Ozankoy , with all the traffic/road/parking problems, pollution and all the noises from restaurants - seriously? What will be the implication for the village with the new major relief road proposal? However, good luck!!
