Notes on Accommodation and Accessibility
There is a large terrace surrounding the 11 x 5.5m pool with loungers, plus a pergola with traditional Cypriot barbecue and seating for 8 or more.
The terrace wraps around the house to a sea side terrace with steps leading down to the shore. The upper terrace encircles the house, providing superb views for 360 degrees, and shade whenever you may want it.
The ground floor master bedroom is suitable for those with reduced mobility and all key amenities are on one level on the ground floor, with only a small lip to access the terraces from any ground-floor door. The en-suite bathroom is accessible for wheelchairs up to 62.5 cm wide.
Due to marble floors throughout, high railings and an un-fenced pool, we suggest that this house may not be suitable for children under 8 years.
