Long Term Rental Required - Accommodation now found

Expect to exchange this week and complete mid July when I would like to rent a property.
I am a single, retired UK Expat and therefore only need a small property say 2 bedrooms but may have to take on a bigger property as all new build seems to be at least 3 bedrooms. Doesn't have to be new build - could be a Traditional house.
I know the Lapta area very well so that is my preference - Kara'oglu to Karsiyaka.
I would like a detached property - not an apartment - with some garden for recreation and privacy. Don't particularly wish to be on an estate
A pool would be preferred but is not essential.
I would be happy to maintain the garden and pool myself.
Off road parking
Fireplace preferred
Central heating
Aircon not essential
Nice size kitchen and lounge/diner is all I need
Mountain or seaside - a view would be nice to have
White goods included
Furnished or unfurnished
Preferably not on Builders Elec
Owned here for 3 years and holidayed before that from 2002. No doubt my Lawyer could provide a reference if needed.
6 months minimum, can pay a deposit
Would consider buying the right place at a future date if it is on the market
I am hoping to find a place for £300 a month but you may be able to tempt me!!!!
