Long Term Rental required,

Area : Alsancak - Karakum

3/4 Bedroom property required, Fully Furnished (well furnished as opposed to holiday let furniture), Central heating (or Hot water as a minimum), Air Conditioning Throughout, Private Swimming Pool...

We have no pets.

Looking to pay up to £500 p/m, happy to pay a 6 month amount up front if need be.

Try some of the estate agent,s but |I think for what you want you may have to pay double! You might get a wlel furnished flat for that - maybe - but with those criteria you would have to be exceptionally lucky. However, I may be speaking well out of turn and there could be someone who would be happy to know their property is being looked after for a reasonable amount of money.

Having seen some of the properties currently available with some of the agents, I'd say it's about the norm, for a furnished 3 bed villa.

I've seen a fair few at 400 to 450 though Lapta way, so all in all about £500 seems fair.

As for the furniture, just to clarify, by well furnished all I'm really implying here is, no bamboo sofa's...etc (or nothing cheap and nasty), just normal furniture one would expect in a normal residential property, nothing out of the norm!

Try looking at donhey bayler they are a good agents. Or try abbey estates.
