Wow I would love tha,t but cannot move so far away at the moment. Wish I could. Sounds fabulous. 10 metres form the sea! Wow! Could do a Shirley Valentine at breakfast - small table with toes in the water!

Yes and suffer from salt erosion and damp in the winter.
