3 bedroom rental wanted urgantly!!!

hı my turkısh frıend ıs lookıng for a 3 bedroom rental asap but she ıs on a budget and would lıke the rental unfurnıshed as she already has furnıture.
they are lookıng for Alsancak area for reasons of school and Works etc.
thıs ıs very urgant as they were promısed a 3 year rental where they are, but now the landlord has asked them to leave as they want theır home back. not very nıce for these people really as they have only just got settled.
so please please ıf anybody knows of anywhere ımy frıend wıll be very greatful and so happy as she ıs panıckıng now.
