Rental property needed urgently

If anyone can help me i am in need of a small place to rent in the Lapta/Karsiyaka area whether it be a studio or one bed flat/apartment.
I am extremely reliable and will be a good tenant with rent paid before due dates.
In the UK I was in the maintenance trade so you will not hear from me for stupid things i.e. a door handle is broke, a window wont shut properly, etc.
I am looking for a reasonably cheap rent of no more than £100 pcm. But with the cheap rent you will not hear a whisper from me and anything that needs doing in the place i will do it on my behalf out of my own pocket.
If there is a communal pool then i can take care of that, as I am a pool cleaner and look after nearly 90 pools, I am sure another one wouldn't do no harm!
I have multiple friends which consist of electricians, plumbers and council workers, so even the trickiest of jobs will be done by myself.
You may still think this is too cheap what i am asking but if you go through a estate agent after paying their fees and paying out for odd bits and bobs to be done around the place, you would probably be making roughly the same amount, maybe a bit more but with a whole lot more heartache and stress.
If you have anything or know of anyone that may be interested in my offer please feel free to contact me via email on samisalih91@hotmail.co.uk
Thank you for your time.
