Rental Properties Needed

We require long-term rental properties in all areas, apartments and villas

We understand that you need peace of mind when renting such a valuable asset
The following is what we offer in our rentals department:
We try very hard to find good tenants, we ask questions to do with employment to make sure they can pay the rent on time and we get a feel to what sort of people they are.
If the tenants sign a contract for a year we take 1 month rent as our commission, included in our fee we see everything through to the end:
1. We write up the tenancy contract which you will read through and make changes that you feel comfortable with before anything is signed
2. Once the contract is signed we keep the original copy for you, we will then have a photocopy for our records and the tenants have a photocopy, if you are not in Cyprus at the time we will make sure you have a copy emailed to you signed and scanned through, included in this we will send you a copy of tenants passports and we also keep a copy for our record
3. The tenants will move in on the date specified on the contract and will hand over to us 1 month rent upfront and 2 months
deposit, we will take the 1 month rent out of this as our commission and bank the rest in a bank account that you request or any other way that you see fit.
4. We also organise for you to have the tenants bank the money in a account of your choice every month the rent is due, so for instance if they sign a contract beginning march 1st on the 1st of every month the rent is due with a 3 day grace period and they must bank this in the account you specify. The other ways of doing this could be for them to drop it to our office every month and we bank it for you or keep it for you until your visit to cyprus, for this we charge a fee of £30 per month management fee and included in this fee is the following:
- If the client has any problems with the property we will be in contact with you and decide the best way to handle it
- We will collect your rent once a month
- We make sure all bills are up to date
- if the property is furnished we make an inventory list of all belongings in the property before it is occupied and we go through our list once it has been vacated ( please note we offer this particular service free of charge for all furnished properties & will send you the list )
- the tenant will be made aware that they can contact us the agent at any time morning or night if the apartment has a leak, electrical fault e.t.c
