Hi,
I have a flat in Girne and would like to rent this flat out. What is the procedure, are there any reliable letting agencies that can rent my flat out? Are there certain rules i must comply with? I live in the UK and have this flat as a holiday home. I hardly use the flat and feel that the flat could generate some income for me while im in the UK. Any advice is great for me.
