Hi, first off please is this still available and for a student(s)? (Please bear in mind I am a Masters student, working part time at KAR and very decent, scheduled meet can be arranged to speak) and is the price fixed or negotiatable for 200STG?
I would love to live alone but would not mind sharing the house with one other.
Current rent expires on the 10th of October and would really love to settle my bills here and move out beofre then.
