Housemate & House Required!

Does any one need a housemate?
Just one required to find and pay for an apartment of max 350 STG. Must be clean and possibly non-smoker, age, sexuality, religion and race are NOT problems (however above 21 y.o would be very welcome), old rent expires on the 10th of October so would love to find someone before then to move out with.
