English couple Still looking for a four bed villa prefer private pool or no pool as we don't want a shared pool, fella wants to turn one of the rooms into a home office so doesn't matter if fourth bed is small,

Willing to pay well for the right property, must be east of kyrenia catalkoy ozankoy maybe arapkoy for the right property.

Also would consider a three bed if there is good outdoor area to maybe put a good sized shed to make an outdoor summer house type office.

We are not wanting to buy, and we would not want to rent somewhere that is due to be sold! We are looking for a minimum of one years rental and hopefully further the lease,

We would want to see the property before we could tell you a budget or you could give us an idea and I could tell you if that was too much

Thanks for the offer, however we are very very happy in our three bedroom property and it's location is much preferred as we are currently in catalkoy and ideally want this area or catalkoy, we would move or consider moving further afield for something that is fantastically suited to us however we have now decided we would only consider moving to a four bedroomed property
