LONG TERM 2 bed plus rental property required from May

Hi,
My Husband and I are looking for a long term rental property, near to Girne, Alsancak, Lapta way or Catalkoy etc.
We require at least a 2 bedrooms plus, with some air conditioning. Must have garden. A pool would be nice but space is the priority.
