Hi, everyone.
I would be very grateful if I could score a 1+1 or 2+1 by the end of May. Somewhere around Girne Merkez, Karaolanoglu, Zeytilin*, or farthest up...Alsanjac.

I am an MBA student at GAU, and a KAR volunteer so proximity to buses would be great.
A small garden and/or pool would be an added benefit but I am willing to substitute one for the other. I would like something in the 270 STG range for the 2+1 and 150 STG for the 1+1.

Note: I really would prefer the 1+1, I really...really want to live by myself in peace.
