Unfurnished 3 Bedroom Villa Wanted March 2016

I am looking to rent a 3 bedroom unfurnished villa with AC and some form of heating, on a long term basis from March 2016. I have 2 small [under 25lb] dogs so a garden/fenced off area is a must but a pool is not. Preferably in a mountain location. I know it is a long way off but it appears that unfurnished villas are uncommon. Hopefully someone might have a suitable property where the tenancy is coming to an end around that time. Thank you.
