American mommy and Cypriot baba with lovely 3 year old daughter looking for new place to live, ideally close to Karaoglanoglu/Karmi/Alsancak areas, willing to pay 300-400 pounds per month, furnished or unfurnished, hopefully with a yard/garden for the little one (no pool needed). Thanks for any information you can share that would help!
