Posted: Wed 02 Mar 2016 4:10 pm
This Ground Floor Small Flat is located within a 5 minute walk to the Bellapais town centre, Which is famous for the Byzanntine Abbey and the 'Tree of Idleness' ( Lawrence Durrel ) . This property has stunning views, located on a quiet road with its own parking facilities.
It has a traditional interior wooden thatched celling, comes fully furnished with air conditioning and gas heater/ electrical heating. All the facilities and basic utensils you'd need.
We are looking for friendly, reliable person to rent our property ( ONE Person only ). That have sufficient finances to cover the monthly responsibility. We will need a couple of references, so thus please have this to hand.
This is a limited offer. There is ONLY a smaller room available if interested. Please contact us for further information 0533 821 69 86.
( One Person Only, Ideally English Speaking )
The Smaller Room is 3.1 metre by 3.2 metre with a small shower room, with share of bills. Access to garden.
This is located very close to Umbelia Village, just prior to Bellapais Village near the Army gate by the round about.
You DO need to speak Turkish very slowly or have someone that speak English..
Many thanks
