Hi,
I would like to rent a fully furnished bungalow or apartment for at least one year from the end of this month or July (to allow time to sort out current living situation), anywhere from Catalkoy to Alsancak, much preferably with a small garden and considerably pet friendly as I would be doing some minor dog sitting.
Rental price of £150 - £250 monthly would sit well within my budget.

Non-smoker, quiet, friendly, (single, *hint, hint) worker with references if required. Bills and rent will be paid on time.

Sorry Archie but I think you need to review your budget or look further away from Kyrenia where the rents are cheaper.

Hi, yes, maybe I should update the heading as I have actually reviewed my budget to £250. I have gotten a beautiful place in Baspinar for £200 (water and electric included!), but I'd just like to give it one more shot to see if I could score anything closer in town.

That sounds a good deal to have the water & electricity included you would soon get used to the drive!
