Looking for a flat mate.

We are looking for a decent, clean, responsible and friendly person to move into one of the bedrooms in a 2 bed flat in central Kyrenia, near Shooter's Coffee, on 20 August 2016. The flat is fully furnished and well appointed. I and my fiancee, both university students, have one of the bedrooms to ourselves. We are looking for someone for the long run. Rent will be £190 per month, payable on 23rd of each month. You will have to pay £165, each as commission and deposit. Deposit is refundable upon damage-check, commission isn't. You will be responsible for paying a third of utility bills (water, electricity, internet, cooking gas) and the cost of cleaning supplies.
Perks:
1. We will take care of your laundry, sweeping, mopping, washing-up, and buying household supplies and groceries.
2. We will also pay all the bills; you don't have to run about. You will be shown all the bills and the calculations.
3. If you like our cooking (haven't received any complaints from our current flatmate), we will also cook for you. In which case, you will have to pay a third of the grocery bill. We usually shop at the Wednesday market and occasionally at Lemar, so our bills stay quite low. Food is cooked fresh everyday.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Give us the rent money and the money for all the other bills on time so we can make the payments. Keep a clean account.
2. Respect our privacy and space.
3. Be communicative and friendly.
4. Clean up after you use the toilet and bathroom. We are not responsible for cleaning up after you shave, use the toilet or perform body-grooming.
