We are looking for a decent, clean, responsible and friendly person to move into one of the bedrooms in a 2 bed flat near Shooter's Coffee (Kyrenia), on January 22, 2017. The flat is fully furnished and well appointed. Rent will be £190 per month. Additional monies for deposit (£190) and commission (£165) will need to be paid at the time of moving in. You will also be responsible for paying a third of utility bills (water, electricity, internet, cooking gas), and the cost of groceries and cleaning supplies.
Perks:
Laundry, sweeping, mopping, washing-up, cooking, bill payments and buying household supplies and groceries will be taken care of.
