Kokan exchange on private sale

If you sell your villa to a private buyer who is responsible for all the fees, & how much would that be , if any one here has done it .

When we bought our village house we were responsible for all the fees, we did check it was the owners first sale as they could of been liable for tax and just ensured we kept an up to date contact with the owners in case we needed their signatures down the line. It was drawn up in the contract by a notary Unsal opposite the courts. If the taxes are all paid ie Kocan they were all our taxes anyway and we were advised at the time allow 10% of house purchase and it was not that far out.
