Looking for a Reliable/ honest couple or a single person that wants to rent my pretty mini villa in Lapta. I will be renting for a year from around the end of Oktober possibly the middle of November
The villa is close to shops, the buses and the Lapta hospital is a short stroll away. About 20 mins. by bus in to Girne
2 bedrooms, one dubble and one single, bathroom with shower and a guest toalett down stairs. (stunning veiws from master bedroom, double aspect)
Beautiful mountain and sea veiws and a gorgeous well maintaind garden with swimming pool. Severals terraces with amazeing veiws.
Renting part furnished, Beds, soffa, coffee table and kitchen ware, white goods. ( personal stuff im takeing with me )
Rent 350 GBP per month including pool and garden maintainance, 2 months uppfront and a security deposit required, No students or animals I am afaraid.
