Why advertise off plan and new builds in this section?

The amount of people who have paid their money and finished up with nothing, you would have to be barking mad to buy off plan.

Any estate agent offering 'off plan' developments is not one I'd want to be a customer of.

We appreciate your concerns and opinions and while we are all aware of situations that have not turned out favorable for many buyers over the years, there are also buyers who have bought properties off-plan and are happy with their decisions.

I see on your website properties on Bogas Hill Top can you let me know the deed status has it is not mentioned please?

14 years waiting for a kocan and counting it's no wonder people aRe afraid of buying anything let alone off plan

I live near Hilltop and the site is an embarrassing disaster!! The owners are in open revolt over site fees (£1300 pa), deeds and the diabolical state of the estate....SAFA does not give a rats bum!

AS for Busy Bees and their desire for " NEW BUILDS & OFF PLAN PROPERTIES AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE!" Only people whose only desire is money could hope for that.

Interested to see BB response to confused's post ref Hilltop. Are there any owner's of properties on this site who can honestly comment?
