Long Term Villa Rental wanted East of Kyrenia

Retired British couple, no pets, non smokers, looking for a 3 bed villa with pool for long term rental (minimum 12 months), East of Kyrenia. Unfurnished preferred but will consider furnished. To secure the right property would be willing to pay a few months rent in advance. We will be visiting TRNC to try to find a property in April so wish to arrange viewings if possible.
