Just wondering, if a villa is rented out via an agent for 1 year without property management and the tenants wish to extend, is it usual for the agent to charge commission for 2nd year?
Answer is yes, apparently.

I can also confirm having dircect experience that i renewed a contrac myself recently and was not charged by the finding agent
