Ho all been looking at various villas for sale. A couple of ex Gary Robb villas have come up in Catalkoy with shared deeds. Is it worth pursuing or just too much trouble?

Wouldnt touch them with a barge pole although he has been stripped of a lot of his assets there is still legal stuff going on. better safe than sorry. Parcelisation needs to be done to separate the deeds so how will they do that with him in clink?
