Not at the house to actually measure - but at a guess I would say about 9 feet by 12 feet plus the entrance area where the loo/sink, and shower rooms are opposite each other. Opposite them at the other end of the room are double glazed doors, with separate wooden shutters, leading to the huge terrace.
