Current rental tax

Does anyone know the up to date amount of tax payable on rentals please. Sterling and lira. Thankyou
Contracts in sterling are taxed at 13% and those in TL are taxed at 8%.... So a worthwhile saving of 5% if you have it in TL.
These rates were set in October this year.
