NEEDED: a 3 or 4 bed bungalow or villa for long term rent

I am looking for a long term rental property.

As long as 1 bed and bathroom is on the ground floor for my disabled mum, that's ok. A pool is not necessary. Only other thing I can think of at the moment is that I need it to be unfurnished (or with bare minimum) but including white goods. Oh, and anywhere between Çatalköy to Karaoğlanoğlu please.

I have a villa in Catalkoy ,behind Cape Wines,available from July.It has 3 bedrooms,two bedrooms are downstairs and there's a bathroom downstairs too.It is furnished though,minimum furniture ,but if you are interested ,I can give you more info on 05338703727.Thanks

Hi everyone, am just updating this post as I've received a couple of e-mails recently.
I have now managed to find somewhere to rent so am no longer looking.
