Long term rental bungalow required 2 years +. Must be in a good location with private garden min. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 2 older dogs. Furnished or unfurnished. Pool ok but not necessary. A Villa would also suit as long as there were 2 bedrooms on ground level.

They would also consider a purchase for the right bungalow, also open to a villa with 2 bedrooms on ground level, again to purchase ,with title deeds and all taxes paid.

Please pm me if you have anything suitable with all details please.

Beautifully renovated Karpaz farmhouse with 3.25+ donum (4350 m²) land surrounded by more farmland
The main house has 3 bedrooms (one with aircon,, one with ceiling fan), we are using the third one as a TV room and library at the moment.The kitchen is newly renovated with Shaker style kitchen and breakfast area. Sitting room and dining room in the centre, shower room with hand basin+toilet. There is also an outside shower room and separate toilet, perfect for those hot summer days.
The main property measures approx. 100 m² . It still has all the old traditional doors, fittings and wooden beamed ceilings.The back terrace has a specially designed sun roof. There is plenty of room for parking for several vehicles on the property..
The small separate studio guest house measures approx. 45 m², has air conditioning and en - suite shower, hand basin and toilet as well as a kitchenette, dining area and sleeping for 4 people. It has a terrace to the back and also to one side and plenty of room for parking.
There are also two separate utility buildings, one near the main house which is now used for washing and storage as well as a workshop with adjacent roof cover for drying washing and storing garden utensils and fire wood . The other one, near the road suitable for storage, keeping animals or conversion to another guest house? We kept our goats and chickens there, next to our little field, which we used for animal grazing.
There are flower beds and trees near the houses and the back garden is planted with fruit and olive trees.

Covid has hardly visited our village and Vaccinations have been made available for everybody
