Wanted 3 bed 2 Bath Villa for long term rent

My husband and I would like to long term rent an unfurnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unfurnished villa either with a communal pool or individual, maximum rent £400 but could go higher for the right property. Preferred areas Alsancak, Lapta, Ozankoy, and Catalkoy.
