Long term rental required, min 4 bedroom villa

I'm looking for a long term rental furnished villa with pool, from 1st August but would consider waiting till September, minimum 4 bedrooms. Willing to pay up to £1000 per month, must accept a well behaved dog. Any area between Lapta to Arapkoy would be considered.
